You can exchange within 14 days upon receipt of purchase. Please notify us via any of Nashata communication within this period for an exchange.
Items that are damaged, soiled, washed, marked or altered may not be accepted.
You can change size, color or products with the same value or lesser.

All shipping costs (Malaysia & other countries) to Nashata for exchanges are borne by the customer and we will not be held liable until your item reaches us.
Upon receipt of item and payment shipping fees for replacement, we will send the parcel to you together with shipping info.
