Exchange policy

We will accept a change of mind exchanges provided it meets the following guidelines:

  1. You can exchange within 7 days upon receipt of purchased. Please notify us via any of Nashata communication within this period for an exchange.

  2. Returns that are damaged, soiled, washed, marked or altered may not be accepted.

  3. Sale items and items bought using discount coupons are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

  4. We do not refund on sale items and reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

  5. You can change size, color or products with the same value or lesser.

  6. Kindly email at customercare@nashata.com or whatsapp +6012-3112489 to check the availability of the items that you wish to exchange to.

  7. You’d need to ship the item back to Nashata. Address is provided below.

  8. All shipping costs (Malaysia & other countries) are borne by the customer and we will not be held liable until your item reaches us.

  9. Upon receipt of item and shipping fees for replacement,  we will send the parcel to you together with shipping info.

  10. The shipping rates for replacement  are as follows : MALAYSIA: RM7 |  SG:SGD13 | ASIA:USD15 | EU/USA/CA: USD25 | AUS/NZ:USD25 | MIDDLE EAST:USD25 | Others USD37

Faulty Items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing defect occurs. You may return them for exchange or refund. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
