Great initiative! I love the class, the instructor and the venue. Also, by attending I can also browse thru and try on Nashata products. Pls conduct more classes like this.

This programme suit for all ages and can meet all fitness level, hope all of participants that attending nashata 1st fitness class which is Piloxing Ssp will put their effort and endeavour to support and lasting. It is a good programme which can help us to elevate our energy and Endurance fitness is the ability to sustain the necessary activity level for a specific competitive includes both cardiovascular and muscular.
